Rethinking Snack Urges

The urge for a snack between meals means one of three things to me:

1) Your meals aren’t doing their job.

2) Your body is struggling to fuel *itself* when you’re not actively feeding it.

3) You are electing to eat in absence of hunger — you’re bored, or it’s habitual, or... you don’t even know WHY you’re snacking, it’s just kinda mindless.

I help people with all three of these things IF THEY WANT HELP WITH IT. That’s actually the key. If you’re cool with snacking, great!

But a lot of folks I meet say some version of “I do great at meal times, but it’s the snacks that are derailing me from [my vision of effortless health].”

If your snack situation seems to be the thing that needs some work, I’m an expert in that. I’d love to chat! You can click here to book a little 30-minute chat with me. Let’s 🌮 bout it.
