The reason you're so hungry in the evening is because YOU'RE HUNGRY IN THE EVENING.
Feed yourself well* in the day and curb hunger at night.
*this is the key word. Dry salads with dry chicken breasts or crappy yogurts + bananas don't have much satiety going for them.
