You know that thing where health professional tell you "failing to plan is planning to fail?" I really hate that. I think it's such a de-motivating message.
Failing to understand what food supports your body is planning to fail.
So. Once you know what foods to eat (hint: MEAT and VEG), the whole meal prep thing becomes kind of easy.
