Breaking Up with Eggs for Breakfast



There are questions I get asked a lot.

>> What about almond milk?

>> What about smoothies?

>> Is this protein powder okay?

And then... there's the statement.

The line in the sand:

I am SICK of eggs for breakfast and I WILL NOT eat another one. Period.

I can't imagine a day without eggs, but there are foods I tire of easily too, so I get it.
