How It Works
Let’s talk the tactics of The Metabolic Reboot. Here's what the our 21 days together look like:
>> Daily Learning & Action Emails
Every day you'll receive an email. It will contain the educational lesson and task of the day. You might not always be able to execute on that task on that particular day. That's okay... Get to it when you can.
Each of the daily tasks are meant to layer overtop of each other in a particular sort of way, so as long as you do your best to implement what's delivered as soon as you can, you're going to feel like a totally different person in just 21 days' time.
Some of the tasks are big — like asking you to clean out your pantry and fridge and get rid of a few "food groups." Some of the tasks are small — like taking a 7 minute rest in the middle of your day.
They're all important; and they're delivered in a specific order and timing to improve your metabolic function.

FAQs
Q: Will I need to take any supplements in the program?
A: Absolutely not. The Metabolic Reboot focues mainly on food changes, with some crucial lifestyle change elements as a focus as well.
No pills, no potions, nothing extra to waste your money on.
Q: Is there a meal plan? Recipe guide? Do I need to buy special groceries?
A: No, no, and no. I keep the food portion of The Metabolic Reboot as SIMPLE as possible! It's important that you can find, afford, and understand the food you need to eat to support your midlife metabolism.

It's also important that you can eat the same foods as everyone in your family. There is nothing "weird" about the food plan inside The Metabolic Reboot.
Q: Will you teach me how to eat at restaurants/on the run/at work/etc...?
A: You betcha! This way of eating has to fit into your life... not the other way around!
We're going to concoct a TRULY SUSTAINABLE eating plan.
Q: Are there workouts in the program?
A: Nope. We will talk about "movement," but metabolism doesn't really respond to exercise in the way we've been lead to believe.
Exercise, for example, is really not important for fat loss. Just one of many ways I'll be blowing your mind inside the Reboot!
Q: I know you tend to focus on midlife and perimenopausal women. That's not *exactly* me. Will this work for me?
A: Yes. Metabolism is metabolism, regardless of how old you are or what stage of life you're in. The information presented in the Reboot is specifically oriented toward anyone navigating the struggles of a midlife metabolism that doesn't seem to "work like it used to." But it works for all -- male, female, young, or old.
Q: If I'm not vibing with the Reboot, can I get a refund?
A: Yes, I have a 7-Day no-questions-asked refund policy. Just email me at contact@eatsimple.ca (or reply to one of the Reboot emails) before midnight on September 27th, and I'll refund ya. No refunds will be offered after that date.
Q: I don't have a Facebook account... will this still work for me?
A: A Facebook account will be extremely useful to watch the daily live teaching and coaching sessions, but not essential. You will be granted lifetime access to a YouTube library where you can watch the replays of all the teaching and coaching sessions. ​

That being said, the Facebook group is a pretty cool place to hang out, as well, for support from your coach and your community of Rebooters.
Q: What if I can't make it to watch the teaching and coaching sessions live?
A: Replays, baby! The live videos will be streamed into the Facebook group and you can watch and interact with them whenever it works for you. I try to keep the live teaching sessions short and relatively light so it doesn't feel too daunting to catch up if you miss a session. You will also have the chance to submit your questions, and i'll answer every one of them. So even if you can't make it to a call, I'll be answering every single thing you ask!​
