Erin Power is a board certified health and wellness coach, holds a diploma in holistic nutrition, and is a 30-year health and fitness industry veteran. She's seen every health, fitness and nutrition trend come and go in that time, and one thing has always remained true: the human body knows exactly what it needs, and all we need to do is listen, trust, respect, and respond to the cues that come from the wisdom of our bodies. Erin specializes in metabolic flexibility and fat loss, while teaching her clients to have an effortless relationship with food and with their bodies, maybe for the first time ever. She works with clients one on one and in small groups through her health coaching company eat.simple, to help them understand how their bodies actually use fuel (no gimmicks here; just boring old biochemistry); and to enact lasting behaviour change to get folks off the dizzying diet rollercoaster once and for all.
Erin is also the lead faculty at Primal Health Coach Institute, a board approved health coaching school that trains, certifies and mentors health coaches; and is the co-host of Health Coach Radio, one of the longest running podcasts for health, fitness, and nutrition coaches.
